I really love how consistent the outline is, but the lines could've been smoother although that comes with practice.
Of course, they're lots of pink haired, long pig-tailed anime chibis out there (because of a certain popular anime) though it was a very nice twist with the little light mauve outfit!
The chibi is very symmetically and looking at your previous work you've come a long way! Since the legs, arms and dress are done really without detail the eyes and the face with shading doesn't really make sense, in my opinion. The hair is confusing, but it, from head to top, isn't the biggest thing to point out, I mean it's just the coloring of the hair that leads to the portions of it being confusing. That is just taking a closer look at it though. Practice makes perfect!
